Motion Design
I was tasked with creating a deck of social media story posts that communicate information about a topic of our personal interest. To incorporate my interests in sports broadcasting, I chose SU Basketball players to look out for in the coming 2024-25 season.
Below are the still graphics.
I incorporated elements that we're consistent with Syracuse's athletics account such as a paper tear, typefaces, textures and consistent photo filters using camera raw.
Once I made each of the those graphics, I made the end slide with other SU players included along with information for streaming and purchasing tickets. For the front cover, I clipped a highlight and overlayed the it with images and text that faded in.
Using Adobe After Effects, I edited the information and names to fade in and using simple motion techniques (ie. keyframing, timing, spacing, video effects, audio, etc.), I was able to create an eye catching and informational story deck.
